Data privacy statement

You can visit our website without having to provide us with any personal data. We will only know the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us and the individual pages that you visit. Personal data is only collected and processed if you use certain services (e.g. the option to enter personal data - registration form). The user can divulge this data explicitly on a voluntary basis.

The saved data is only used for identification purposes and to track impermissible access attempts and accesses to the web server. The saved data is not used for any purposes other than data security.

2. Collecting and saving personal data, and type, purpose and its use

We collect the following data via the registration form for the purpose of initiating and performing the rental contract:

- Forename, surname, address
- E-mail address, telephone number
- Correspondence during the rental relationship

Data is required to be processed in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sections 1 b) and f) of the GDPR for the aforementioned purposes and for both parties to fulfil the obligations arising from the rental relationship.

The renter’s personal data is saved regularly until the legal three-year standard limitation period has elapsed (section 195 of the German Civil Code) and deleted once this period has elapsed. If we are obliged to retain the data for a longer period due to tax-based retention or documentation obligations in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 c) of the GDPR or you have consented to extended retention in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 a) of the GDPR, these periods are decisive.

3. Transmission of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties.

4. Data subject rights

You have the right to revoke consent in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 of the GDPR, the right to information regarding the data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR and the right to request rectification of your saved data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, to receive notification in conjunction with correction or deletion of personal data or limitation of processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, as well as the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.

5. Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Section 1 f) of the GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent to processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
